The ANC Omnibus Amendment Act of 2016 established a requirement for Commissions to publish an annual report “by December 1 of each year.”

The OANC Strategic Plan sets out both short- and long-term goals and objectives related to services provided by the Office.

Kent Boese is the Executive Director of the Office of Advisory Neighborhood Commissions. Mr. Boese was confirmed in his role at the OANC by the Council of the District of Columbia on November 1, 2022,

The Office of Advisory Neighborhood Commissions provides support to ANCs inneed of communications access services, including sign language interpretation, through partnerships with executive branch agencies.
