This will be noted as a special meeting for the purposes of the minutes. The purpose is to finish the business of the April 13 regular meeting which was closed before all business items had been accomplished, including a time-sensitive notice of grant application. Due to extenuating circumstances, we did not have the normal 7-day notice. Note that changes cannot be made to the draft agenda of a special meeting.
