Advisory Neighborhood Commission 7B will hold a special meeting to give the community an opportunity to learn more about the proposal at 4101 Alabama Avenue SE, which is the subject of Case No. 21419 before the D.C. Board of Zoning Adjustment. The applicant, Mr. Ford, will be present to describe the proposal, including any recent changes, and to answer questions from residents.
